Terms of Service

Welcome. By engaging G. L. Lane Consulting, LLC for consulting or advisory services—including strategy, operations, leadership support, or related offerings—you agree to these terms, together with any written proposal, statement of work, or agreement you sign.

1. Scope of Services

G. L. Lane Consulting, LLC will perform the services described in your signed agreement or approved proposal. Work outside that scope may require a change order or separate engagement. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are as specified in those documents.

2. Collaboration & Timelines

Successful consulting depends on timely access to people, information, and decisions on your side. G. L. Lane Consulting, LLC will communicate expected milestones; delays in your availability or approvals may affect schedules and outcomes.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees, invoicing cadence, and expenses follow the terms in your contract or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, third-party costs (software, travel booked by you, etc.) are your responsibility. Late payments may incur charges or pause work as permitted by agreement and law.

4. Client Responsibilities

You represent that information and materials you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share them. G. L. Lane Consulting, LLC may decline work that would require unethical, unlawful, or misleading conduct, or that conflicts with professional standards.

5. Termination

Either party may end the engagement as set out in your agreement (including notice periods). Upon termination, G. L. Lane Consulting, LLC will wrap up work in progress as agreed and deliver materials you have paid for, subject to confidentiality and professional obligations.
